Hi everyone,

I'm a mom of 3 (13, 9 and 2) and a writer. I'm working on the first draft of a novel in between interruptions and chores. There are days when I can really get out a couple of pages and then days like today where each word is like pulling teeth. I'm constantly trying to figure out ways of balancing life and art. Hi Sandra - I write mostly fiction, mostly sci-fi/fantasy romance. (I've heard it described as "potato chips" by another writer who writes in the same genre - books that don't have a whole lot of great literary/intellectual depth, but that are quick to read and very enjoyable. At least, I hope people enjoy my work!)
