SAHM of 2 young kids (3yrs and 1yr) just moved from Seattle, WA to New Market, AL (near Huntsville). Looking to meet people in the area for conversation and activities. Also... just need to get out of the house.. so girls nights out work well....

Try meetup.com in your area. There are usually many groups, so you can pick the ones that best suit your personality and needs.

Thank you for the suggestion. Already a member of Meetup.com. We are trying to join a hiking trip with them in Huntsville, but the weekends have been so busy for us with the Holidays upon us. As I work in town, it would be nice to find SAHM for my wife to get together with during the day, and couples for activities in the evenings and weekends.
