Hello.i have 3 birth kids an 3 step kids.only my step kids arent so much kids anymore.they are 20.19 and 16.ive been in there lives for 7yrs now.it hasnt been easy.there mom has brainwashed them over the years to dispise me an dislike there dad.now that they are growing up.i was hoping maturity would kick in an they would see we love them.but those kids have done so many mean cruel things to us that i cant stand them! i still keep it to myself.i want ny hubby to see his kids.secretly i cant stand them.

First let me welcome you to the board. At first I thought being a mother was the hardest yet most rewarding job I would ever have. Now I know it is being a step-parent. The blending of personalities and bio parents along with step-parents is hard. I wish I had a fix all for everyone, but since each situation is unique so is the answer. WELCOME
