Play Group Etiquette

Hi, I’m a new mom of a 4 month old in a newly formed play group. None of our babies are able to interact just yet so it is more of a Mom’s support group that we are hoping will grow into a real play group one day. What is proper play group etiquette when you have a miss match of personality and childcare philosophies in the group?
