Ok well hunting season is almost over and while I'm not too big into eating deer meat, my husband is! We have a deep freezer full of it right now. Does anyone have any good recipes or ideas? I have never cooked it and last year he threw the steaks on the grill and made some stew and chili, but three recipes get kind of boring. Hope you can help me out!

I made a roast out of it, I make spaghetti, lasagna,tacos with it, anything you make with beef you can make with venison. Just pretend it's beef. just remember ground venison is very lean so cook it with a little bit of ground beef or with onions peppers and a little oil. When I made the roast I put the beef broth in it for flavor.
