25 year old 1st time mom

Hey everyone. My name's Erica and I have an 11 month old daughter Sydni. I currently live in Fairfax and am looking to find other young moms who have time to meet on weekends. I work full time in D.C. and am looking for activities to do with other children and young parents locally.

Hi Erica. Welcome! My daughter is 16 months (I'm 26). I live in Falls Church and also work in DC full-time. I try to get out with Gianna on the weekends and get to the park, playground, library, bookstore...I'm trying to find more indoor things since the winter is coming. Maybe we can try to meet up during the weekend sometime and let the girls play, and help each other find activities.

Emilia, It's really nice to meet someone nearby. December is looking pretty busy for me right now with Christmas coming and I'll be on vacation for a couple weeks at the end of the month. And to top it off my daughter's birthday is January 8th. I really hope to kick off the new year by meeting new people. I would love to spend this month getting to know you and your little one. Are you a single mom? How long have you lived in Virginia?
