I am so fkg pissed!!!!As some of you know I have 8 kids.7 are from the same man.1 is with the guy I am married to now.Well I have 3 minors living w me and x-hubby doesnt have any at all.Hes living in Texas making 35 bux an hour and living it up w fancy shit for his house,steak every night(we ate frugal w 7 kids and he refuses to eat nothing but good from now on), and new vehicles.He got served today finally.Now him and his boss (his best friend)are trying to come up w a scheme so they wont touch his paychecks.They are saying that a lg company wont pay the boss ;so they are going to have to lay x-hubby off.He did this for him before and paid him under the table.I know its all bullshit.They work several other jobs for several other ppl.Hes a piece of shit in the first place ;when I got here ,he refused to pay for the kids even then.I just dont know what to do.2 of my boys work for the guy also.Thats how I know all this is bullshit and made up.Short of going there and following the worthless fk around;Im gonna end up raising the kids with no help but the new hubby Im with.Isnt there some laws that if they find out that hes lying and his boss is lying that he can get in trouble felony wise?He drives the bosses truck around and uses the bosses credit cards also.Should I call and talk to the support office tomorrow and let them know how hes trying to run from it and how they can catch him lying?

| Lexi,that is infuriating! He brings all new meaning to the word deadbeat. If I were you, I would take pics of him driving the company truck and actually on the job working if it's at all possible. Take as many as you possibly can with a camera that has the date stamp automatically posted to the corner of the pics when they're developed. Don't be intimidated by his attempts to screw you and your children. Any information you can bring to the court would be ammunition against him and his deadbeat ways. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. |

Lexi,
I would call the district attorney office in TX and see if they can assist you in how to go about it. TX has a very strict child support law just so you know. i lived there for alittle while. they take supporting their children very serious!!

ps. i have one right now i just left and refuses to pay one dime for his child but wants to see her when ever he wants. demands to see her. |

| Use his social security number and if you have his drivers license number to track him. Any alias', or other names that he goes by, report that too. His residence-who is the mortgage under. For someone making $35.00 an hour, and, you have proof of that, like pay check stubs, anthing in writing in which he has disclosed that to you, you have more evidence than he can image. Go to your child support officer who can advise you. |
