Hello Nancy, I have two kids one 16 and the other 10 the older one born in USA and we went back to Mexico fpr 5 year when he was 3 years old, he mainly learn spanish in Mexico, and he never learned english before now he is 100% bilingual, my youngest son born in mexico and we come back to USA when he was one year old, he started speaking english in kinder, so I was speaking spanish at home all the time with them now both are bilingual, you don't mention what your etnic is, so if you are latino, try to speak spanish at home, let the other job to the school and friends at school, your kids will be learning from you just to listening to you, eventually ask for something and that way you will expouse your kids to the leanguage and they will learne by natural way as kids... Don't worry to much.

Best regards.
