so for some reason I don't get the majority of raisingthem updates so I check my groups myself. I didn't realize how big this group had gotten....I think we had 5 when i joined. SO awesome. Maybe we should set up a day to chat or post more often. How's everyone doing? |

Hey Beth, I think that you can change your settings to receive emails when a new topic is posted in each of your groups. Perhaps you didn't check that option? I agree, this group doesn't post very often...
I am doing well. Luke is getting huge, 20 lbs, rolls over like crazy. It's funny I will put him on the floor with his toys, do something else in the room for 2 min, and look back at him and he has rolled across the room! He gets where he wants to go, I am in trouble for when he crawls. He laughs a lot now too, lots of personality and facial expressions. It's a joy but also tough. My older son has found joy in being the big brother lately. My baby loves his big brother & lights up when he comes in the room. Being an only child, its so neat to see sibling interaction.
I hope everyone else is doing well too. Keep us updated |

The twins are doing great. Jack is rolling around, both directions, & Logan has taken to "talking" a lot. His mouth is always running. I think they are so much fun right now. Super social & smiley. Anyone teething yet??? |

Martin is so big now he is about 18 lbs and just wont stop growing we are constantly buy new clothes for him. He can roll over both ways and can do a sort of army crawl, forgets he has to lift the front part of his body off the ground too. He is trying so hard to say words he tries to say grandma and all he can do is growl and say ma at the end. It is very cute.
He is very honorary always looks away when you try to get him to look at you and has a smile on his face while he does it. He likes to grab at people's glasses and if they are not careful he snatches them and starts to laugh and shake them in the air. He likes doing it so much it is gotten to the point that he will be sneaky about it. He will distract you with one hand and then when you are looking the other way he will reach for them without even looking at them so you don't catch on to what he is doing. I co-sleep with him and sometimes
I freak out in the morning to find him doing the army crawl towards the end of the bed where the cat sleeps, he loves her and she loves him, but pulling at her is a no no, she is old and can snap easily if she is touched the wrong way. Plus he could fall off the bed so we have been trying to ween him into his crib, it is difficult, but I hope it works. He can be stubborn so only time will tell. |

I'm so glad to hear everyone is doing well. I was having milk supply issues so now that we're supplementing Noah is growing--he's about 15 lbs now, skinny and tall. Ya'll he's going to be 6 months in 3 weeks....wow. He can roll but chooses not to and he's trying to get up on his knees but mainly likes to stand. We're giving him baby food now--its becoming difficult because he wants to *help*....it's so funny what they can accomplish in just a week. From hand eye coordination to manipulating objects....every time I turn around something is becoming more coordinated. I love how our babies are all so different. Noah jabbers but mainly when he's chewing on something...which is a constant--I think I'm going to have a grove in my fingers :) Anyone else learned to screech yet? He doesn't do it when he's upset, just randomly. Alisa...we cosleep too. Noah's a snuggler so when he moves I tend to wake up--hopefully your little guy is just checking the cat out and will stop there.
Katie--I checked all that so it might be my email because I don't get some of my facebook updates either. How is your move and house going--I'm so jealous. I love my father in law...but I'm ready to have our own place...and with pregnancy hormones better...be more romantic.
We have like 30 people so hopefully we have more updates! |
