Yes, I will sing aloud of Your mercy in the morning...

Experts in the health and fitness field state that there are many benefits to exercising in the early morning before your day gets into full swing. These benefits include increased mental sharpness for 4 to 10 hours post exercise, more energy during the day and regulated appetite. If you are a morning exerciser, you no doubt have your own list of positive results from starting your day with a workout.
The same is true for those who begin each day with praise; they feel more focused on the Lord throughout the day, content with what God has given them, and they exude joy that comes from setting their mind on God's goodness before their day begins.

Scripture tells us to "...set your heart and your soul to seek the Lord your God", and it stands to reason that if we spend a few moments praising God each morning, our day will have a firm foundation in Christ and we can meet whatever comes our way with His wisdom, strength, patience and joy (I Chronicles 22:19).

Before we engage ourselves in His work, let's meet Him in His Word...in prayer...in worship.
