| Hi my name is Linda and I am new. I have a son with autism and he has a mayjor speech delay. I am hoping to meet other mothers that I can talk to because it is frustrating for him and for me becuase he cannot verbaly tell me what is on his mind or what is going on. |

Hi Linda,
Great to hear you are joining our group.
I completely understand the frustration. It's breaks a mom's heart when we don't know what our child wants or needs.
There are some great resources for children with speech delay to the right under lists/ resources and a lot of great thoughts and ideas and ventings interwoven throught the posts.
Hope you can find comfort here. |
