Work at Home Moms, Business Owners..Need some feedback

I wanted to start a thread and get feedback from you ladies on a business that my boss and I are thinking about. In this crazy economy, how many of you would want to join a business that would allow you to work from home in different areas such as, virtual admin assistants, writers, bookkeeping, website design/maintenance, and with the tax season coming up, support for CPAs is crucial right now as well.. And how many of you who already own your own business would find a company that supplies a database of working moms from home, listing their skills, beneficial to your company if you ever needed an extra hand for various projects?? We are thinking about starting this locally at first and see how it works out.. My boss has a ton of colleagues who are always looking for extra hands to help them when projects get to be too much.. And I know a ton of moms out there that would be interested in finding some work that they could do from home while still being able to be with their babies.. Let me know your thoughts and any points you'd like to make would be beneficial to me! Thanks in advance!!
