Hello!

I am so excited to have found a group of police wives! Lord knows we all need someone to vent to or who will understand our lives once in a while! I am 31 years old and am a wife of a police officer. He has been an officer since 2001. We have 2 daughters ages 7 and 2 1/2. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and having some great discussions!

Hi Tiffany. I was glad to find this group too. Welcome!! I look forward to our "conversations." I also saw your posting on "getting to know each other." You MUST learn to say no, and for heaven's sake, go out for ice cream or frozen yogurt some time. ;)

I know! I keep telling myself that next school year I am taking on less committments! We'll see. I always feel guilty if I do. For example there were 3 of us who started our girlscout troop last year. The first leader called over the summer to make sure I was still willing to assist. She let me know that the other mom did not want to take on the possition any more so it was just the two of us. So needless to say I felt obligated to keep doing it this year as well. But I think I will have my hubby take me out for dessert this weekend! LOL!! Or maybe I should take myself out! No husband or kids could be relaxing! LOL!
