Public online group

hello everybody
I had my first chikd at 38 and the second at 40. Someday I don't feel as much energy but then I was not ready to get started earlier to have a family. I am glad I found this group to share 40 + moms story.

Hello! I had my first child at 23, second at 37 and third at 39...It is my second marriage...Quite a spread there...It is my second marriage, he helped me raise my daughter since she was eight...I have much more patience, my focus in my life is undivided...being a mom is what I do full time...Most of my friend are 40 or close to it and having kids...Glad this group was started!

Hi Pia,
I had my 1st child at 38 and I'm planning on my second now. I just turned 40 in March. My husband is going to be 46 in Aug. He's not to happy about another baby because of his age, energy level and the big one FINANCES!!!! Oh but my heart yerns for another little one. I can't imagine my life with only one child.. I think two would be good. But, I do worry about my energy level with another child in my 40's. I do wish I would of started earlier around 30 but we were too busy trying to get the careers, home etc... And we still haven't reached all our goals. Not to mention how old will we be when our children are adults.

I had my first child at 26, and my second child when I was 38 years old. My husband is 15 + older than me. Both children were born thru natural childbirth, no drugs. One thing I do have now is "patience", which I had little of when my first child was born. Oh yeh, finances, who has them really? If anything, our children has brought us "good luck", and so happy they are with us.
