Hi Kim!! I love the biggest loser on line.. Its very easy and you can spend time to make your meal plan and you can print a grocery list from the computer. It categorizes food as it is in the store. I have also done Weight watchers, but found myself always obsessing about points and I just want to know what to eat and eat it. I dont have time to be adding and subtracting all day. Im not knocking it, its just not for me... As far as exercise. I got 2 and 5 lb weights and I grab them when I have a free moment and I do sit ups too, 15 minutes a day makes a HUGE difference.. I also belong to a gym.

Hi Kim! I am a 24 mother of 2 and they are only 21 months apart. So, I had not even lost the weight of my first one by the time I got pregnant with my second one. I am 5 10 and my normal weight is about 170. However, I gained way to much with my first one, and after my second was born I weighed about 210. I started a diet that my friend suggested which is a low carb diet and so far in about 3 months I have lost 25 lbs!! I love it! I still eat carbs, just alot less. I try to keep it around 35-50 a day. Also I switched to diet pop. It was hard at first, but I like it now. I havent had a regular pop in about 5 months. I have about 15-20 more pounds to go, but I can defintaly see and feel a difference. If you would like some recipe ideas let me know! Good luck!

Kimberly, my baby's 2 and a half months old and I've lost 37 lbs (since the last time I was weighed while pregnant). Unfortunately I don't have the opportunity to exercise like I thought I would (The gym I'm enrolled in has a day care but wont take children under 6 months), but any chance I get I do exercise, even if its only once a week and at home w/ a work out video. I went on Nutrisystem about six weeks ago and that really helps bcuz you dont have to count points or anything like that. You just eat the pre-packaged food. It's about $8.50 a day (Which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner & a desert) plus whatever I spend on lettuce, spinach, veggies and fruit (which is not much) Check out the group "Hotties W/ Kids" for more weight success stories
