i am serious about this group as my children need others their age to play and hang out with ( and our children just happen to be the same age!!). I am game to any ideas, but weekends are my best as I work during the week until 530 pm.

I am serious about this group, but I am disappointed that twice I attempted to attend a scheduled get together and both times no body would answer the door. I was looking forward to meeting the other mothers and possibly making friends for my son, because our social circle is extremely limited due not knowing very many people.I am a single mother who is on a limited budget and cannot afford to just drive somewhere to waste gas. I work during the week, sometimes I can meet on a Friday, but weekends are best. Next time I will only attend if I have a contact number to call to make sure the scheduled event is still occuring, because obviously checking this site to see if it still occuring is not a guarentee.
