New to town and looking for playdate

Hello my name is Jennifer, and I have a 2 year old son. I am looking for playdates to help my son burn off some of his bountiful energy and help me keep some sanity. I have just moved to Kansas City after leaving the military, so I am hoping to make some new friends as well as give my son a chance to advance his social skills.

Hi Jennifer! Welcome to Kansas City and to the group! We have sooo many events on our calendar. Just go to the actual site, KCMommies.com and sign up. It'll take about a day to get your application approved and for you to be able to post. But when you do just jump right in and introduce yourself. We do events by area of the metro, and also groupwide events where everyone can join in. I hope to see you over there very soon! There are a LOT of other moms who are new to town. And quite a few are military as well.
