I have a Graco Duo glider double stroller (where one kid sits in front of the other). Right now my boys (5 months) are still in their car seats, which snap in. But once they are bigger the Graco has a front seat that reclines or sits straight up, and a back seat that lays flat or sits straight up. It's the best one I could find, and thus far I am loving it. Good luck in your search! http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2899790 That link should take you to the page on Babies R Us of my stroller. :) |

| Hi there....I used the duo glide system with my twins when they were in infant car seats and it worked great; however, found the duo glide stroller to be pretty cheapy and it didn't hold up well. Soon after, we purchased the Maclaren Twin Techno side by side stroller--I have used it for three years now and LOVE IT....a wee bit pricey but well worth the money--I have yet to find a doorway I cannot get through as it boasts being able to fit wherever a wheelchair can travel and its true. Easy to fold up and actually not that heavy--folds down pretty compact--where the duo glide is HEAVY and difficult to manage. If you live in small town where there is a lot of boutiquey type stores you may find it awkward to manuever; however would imagine the same wih the longness of the duo glide. It also works great with babies as the maclaren stroller comes with the head supports and fully reclines. Definitely worth investigating--it's the only stroller i have used and would buy another in a heartbeat. Good luck! |

| Hi, I used and still use the Maclaren double stroller. Its a side-by-side light weight stroller and both seats recline fully so its suitable for even very young children. I didn't go for the one in front of the other because a) they were not very common in Australia (where I'm from), but also I read somewhere that the children always end up fighting over who sits in the front (obviously once they are bigger). Maclaren make the best strollers so have a look online as I'm not sure who stocks them over here, they are a British brand. |

Thank you for your opinions.
I did some "test drive" with my twins in double strollers in stores and I liked the side-by-side ones. But must of them does not have a bar or a cup holder for them, which would be more safe (or not.... I don't know).
I also saw connectors for strollers. Does anyone ever used 2 strollers with those connectors?
Thank you, Drika |

I also have a Maclaren side by side. For cupholder you can just buy an after market clip on type... I haven't gotten one yet as I usually have a bottle of water that I just slide into the pocket on the back of the canopy.
PS... Our twins are about the same age... and mine are also b/g... |

| Also... I've seen someone with the clip together 2 strollers... its REALLY wide that way! The individual strollers are wider, the clip makes them even wider. The Maclaren fits through every doorway I've gone too, but even that is a little wide in some stores. I can't imagine try to maneuver 2 clipped together! |

| Just a quick response on the snack trays and cup holders. When I first was thinking of a double stroller for my twins I had the same visions...cute little snack trays and a place for their sippy cups. That vision went out the window when I purchased the maclaren side by side stroller. My kids have always just held their snacks in a snack-trap cup or a baggie and I just have always handed them their waters and they either put it next to them in their seats or hand it back to me..quick and simple and has worked out well for the three years I have had the stroller. As far as the safety bar..not needed with the maclaren as it has harness straps (like a five point harness) for the stroller seats and keeps the kiddos safe and secure! |

I loved my combi side by side, my favorite feature is that I could close it upright. It had also a little cup holder for the kids and a soft one with few compartments to put my phone, keys and cup.

Hi, everyone....
I need some help. My twins are 18 months and I'm having a baby girl next month. I know it's crazy...
Does anyone have any idea how to go around? I need some tips for deciding how to manage strollers and what kind of strollers should I use.
Is there any mom who could give some idea?
thank you, Drika |

Wanted to send a quick note on the stroller ideas for you new addition (congratulations, btw). I only have two children but have seen larger families pushing around triple strollers. I am sure you can use a baby carrier for the infant and push your two older children in the double stroller you have now which will probably work for a while. But as the baby grows, you may want to invest in a triple. Also, once the infant gets bigger and your twins are older they have those sit and stand strollers? Not sure how many seats are available but when your newborn is old enough to sit in that type of stroller--your twins could probably trade off on standing and taking breaks as they will be old enough to walk on their own? Take care, Jenn |
