Looking for other 5 year old to make friends with!

I have a 5 year old that is making the transition from being at preschool to staying home with mom. He wasn't old enough for kindergarten, so we are looking for some friends! Maybe someone to just hang out at home or maybe carpool to VA to go to museums or other fun things.

Hi Jennifer! DH and I are moving to Elizabeth City next month with my 3-year-old and 10-month-old daughters. Have you found anyone to hang out with there? I'm looking for moms groups to join up with and make friends when we arrive. :)
