I thought it might be nice to get to know each other a bit. Here are a few questions to start us off...
1. Where does everyone live (no specifics please)?
2. How long has your spouse/ family member been a police officer?
3. Are you a working mom (office job) or a SAHM (still a working mom)?
4. What is your favorite flavor of ice cream?

Here are my answers...
1. I live in a suburb of Dallas, TX.
2. My husband has been a patrol officer for the Dallas Police Department for almost 6 years.
3. Working mom, transitioning to be a SAHM after Thanksgiving.

2. How long has your spouse/ family member been a police officer? my dad has been a police officer since I was a baby and I'm 26 years old
3. Are you a working mom (office job) or a SAHM (still a working mom)? I am a SAHM until Jan then I'm going to find a job at a daycare center so I can still have my son with me but make a little extra money on the side...I love being a SAHM but I'm tired of having only a little bit of money after bills
4. What is your favorite flavor of ice cream? I like a lot but Rasberry Chocolate Chunk has GOT to be it |

1. Pittsburgh, Pa
2. He has been a police officer for almost 9yrs, he was in the army national guard for 6yrs and got out last october. He did a year and a half in Iraq
3. I am a sahm ,however i do go to school part time and will get my associates degree the end of this semester and will be looking for a part time job after the holidays

1. We live in a city in Riverside County(southern california)
2. My husband has been a officer since 2001. He worked for the sheriffs department as a corrections officer for a year before that and was in the Marine Corps when we got married.
3. I am a SAHM who does a lot of things I wish I could get paid for. In addition to mommy and wife duties. I lead girlscouts, help one day a week all day in my daughters class, hold a vp position on pta and spend multiple evenings a week at a dance studio for my daughter who is on a team! Yes I think I need to learn to say no! LOL!!!
4. Ice cream? What's ice cream? I hardly ever get a chance to eat any! |
