Relocating to Savannah

Hi! I'm a stay at home mom of an 11 month old boy. My husband and I are relocating to the Savannah area and was wondering if anyone can offer any suggestions on places to live. We're looking for a suburb just outside Savannah that has good schools, low crime, and some sort of social life to it (shopping, restaurants, etc).
