Legitimately I would suggest Childcare. Only a few children really add a great amount of income. It's worth the classes, VERY worth it in order to stay at home. All three of my sisters started in-home childcare when they decided to stay at home with their young one. Good luck! If you are crafty you can join www.etsy.com but I'm not sure about the income; I SPEND money on the site but I don't get money from it.

Hi Daina. This was posted on my mom's group through meetup.com. I have not personally checked them out. But thought I'd pass it on to you. Good Luck!

OK, a very messy list of ways to make money from home- not scams..
www.alpineaccess.com

www.liveops.com

www.vipdesk.com- starting $16-17/hr

http://www.westathome...

www.teletech.com

www.sunlarkresearch.com- not hiring in our area (WNY) for the moment. Worked for the company it is legit.

www.ripoffreport.com- can doublecheck to see if a company is legit. Never pay upfront- unless you are purchasing noise cancelng headset for a job as a telemarketer- should be very cheap though.... all med transciption jobs require actual certification if they offer training it's a scam...

Google work at home forum

www.telecraig.com

I see on telecraig legit jobs such as- blogger, writer, recruiters, appointment setters, telephone customer service or sales, forum moderators also there are many insurance sales scams- seems like a pyramid scam, have to be careful with telecraig. That is how I got my current job though

Click ads seems to be a scam

www.whydowork.com

I like their forum

http://hiringopportun...

great article

The ambitious can try ebay sales or start their own home based business.

In addition to LiveOps, other companies now recruiting for work at home positions are West, Convergys, Alpine Access, Arise, VIP Desk and Working Solutions.
If you want to write about anything- try these sites- helium.com, associatedcontent.com, constant-content.com (Not familar with the last one) people actually can make decent money this way....

Finally, I actually have made decent money (as opposed to pennies) with survey sites listed on http://the... surveystar.blogspot.com I highly recommend giving it a try. I can no longer do the surveys since my job is too busy but I still have money coming in from checks sent out weeks earlier, I can really see people making several hundred a month if they have a lot of time to invest into it, I only signed up for a couple sites. I think I averaged about $5-6 dollars and hour (I would do it while printing out work for my job or if I was bored), I did get several $15 suvey's that lasted 15-30 minutes, so if I were to factor those init really would be a higher amount an hour, if you are lucky enough to be picked for a focus group they pay really well (like $50 hour)... Only question, how do I claim all these checks from various companies on my taxes $15 here and $20 there...
