Most of my work is done on the computer and talking on the phone. My hubby doesn't always understand that I get paid to talk to people and interact online. |

My biggest obstacle is that I have a demanding job and trying to balance home life. I have a 3 year old daughter that goes to preschool part-time and a 16 year old son that is a junior in high school. Working from home has its pros and cons. I like the flexibility, but because I am not outgoing and my family and I moved here 2 years ago, I have not been able to meet my own friends. My sister lives out here and she has friends that I have met, but I would like to meet other people that can relate to me. |

I love working from home but I know what you mean. I have two teenage boys that are 13 and 16 yrs old. They like it when I'm home when they get home and I'm able to take them to friend's houses and practices and things like that. I have an agenda that I put all of my appts in for business and personal. I showed it to the kids and told them that they can write in when they have events going on or have something they want to do as a family and I can schedule around them. Like for instance tonight my 13 yr old wrote in that he would like to play Monopoly and watch a movie. :) I highlight my bus. appts in green and the family events in blue. This lets them know what my schedule is and feel that they are apart of what I'm doing. :) Suzanne www.OnMomsTime.com

My biggest thing is I really enjoy my work at home business so,therefor I live on the phone/computer and that's something my hubby really do not understand even though he loves the business I do and the money made he also loves the time we have together away from the computer.so I'm trying to back away a lil lol. |
