Work at home posts
Is it just me, or is anyone else getting irritated by the sales pitches on this group? Not to start trouble or anything, but I come on here to get advice...not to be constantly badgered about work-at-home opportunities.

With the economy today, people are asking for ways to make extra money. If you don't feel the crunch of needing a little extra cash, you are fortunate. If I am not interested in a topic, then I don't read it. I don't mean to be mean but people read these sites for different reasons. Read what interests you and delete the others!

Actually, Teri, I have felt the crunch of needing a little extra cash. My husband hasn't received a regular paycheck since October 2007. I have been scammed and lost money more than once trying to work at home. If I hear any legitimate, non-selling option, then I will be more than happy to try. However, there have been one or two specific people on here (not mentioning names) that keep trying to push the same sales pitch over & over, and on a seemingly non-related post. Sorry if I offended you, but that is my opinion. Thank you.

You didn't offend me. I was just stating my opinion. I don't read half of what is posted on here. I choose what interests me and delete the rest. If the same people post the pitches, then maybe you should send them a individual email with your concerns. Times are tough and people play on that!

Hi Teri,

I totally understand your point of view. I guess I was just irritated because there is a classifieds section on this board and I felt that solicitors should post there, not on the main board. That way, people specifically looking could go there. Oh well...it is what it is...
