It is in the news on the radio in the paper, EVERYWHERE. The US could see a wailing economy. Will your WAH business hold firm through this time of hardship? I know that many are losing sleep worrying. Lets hear your concerns and worries. What type of precautionary steps will we take as WAH people?

I have to say, mine is not, because it is what everyone needs! We are actually very busy right now, because of everyone losing jobs, and wanting to work from home, but not wanting to fork out a large investment or purchase products they do not need on a daily basis! I LOVE what I do, because we simply help others succeed! www.workingmommyathome.com |

That's great that your business is doing so well. What do you do in your business? Is there a product or service you offer? Thanks for replying Roxanne |

We are partnered with a wellness company, so you save money and get the things you need in your home. If you would like to hear more or know of anyone, let me know and I can share the details over an appointment. What do you do? |

I am a business owner with AmeriPlan. We are helping people save money on their healthcare cost. We offer an affordable alternative to insurance. We also help others become work at home business owners and promote our programs. During these tough times many people are losing their insurance and so our program is so affordable they can enroll with us. Thanks for asking. If you know of anyone who doesn't have insurance and needs dental, RX, vision, chiropractic, physicians, ancillary, hospital advocacy and anything concerning healthcare please send them my way.
Good Luck with your wellness products.

Well that is just it, This is NOT Insurance. It is an alternative to insurance. You don't have the same hassle that insurances can bring.
I just wanted to clarify that :)

Do you have a website of the products that you sell? |

Oh, okay, very cool, sorry to mis-represent it. Our business doesn't work that way, so I can't just bring you to a website to show you products, because I don't sell anything If you would like I can share a presentation on how it all works with you. I work by appointment only, but I would be happy to set up a time to talk. |

That is a great question. Most women won't be honest and tell the truth when answering you. But I will.
My business is doing even better than before. I think because of the falling economey people are looking to make extra income and save on their taxes. Luck for me I can give them that and more. Many people want to escape from their current situations by going on vactions or doing something about it. I own a franchise travel business with YTB International. I am saving and helping others save on their travel, taxes and providing them a business that will last even in spite of the economic situations. Travel in the largest industry in the world and I thank God I was able to invest the $500 to provide me and my famally with finacial security.
God Bless! |

I think it is going to depend on what your business is and what it sells. If people perceive that it is a luxery and not something they really need then I think the economy is going to hurt the business. It is our job as a representative for our company to help people see the need for our product. I have found in my business so far that the attendance is lower at the parties but the sales per person are higher. I represent a family entertainment company and I talk about how they can purchase hours, even years of fun for their family for less than what it would cost for a family of 4 to go out to dinner. I am finding that people are looking for fun alternatives to going out and things to do at home.
I think it is important to make sure that we watch our costs and really look at each thing we are going to do and decide if it is a wise investment. I have been making sure I have host packets with me so I do not have to mail them, I really pick and choose which events I decide to do and make sure it looks like a wise use of my time and money.
Hope this helps Jane |

I know our business will hold up in the economy, they have been around for a strong 23 years, with NO STANDING DEBT!!! In today's economy that is huge because of all the business filing for bankruptcy and going out of business, ours continues to grow strong! For those that are struggling, this is something people NEED, not just candles or makeup, and we actually save money with little investment! Request more info. at www.workingmommyathome.com |
