Going back to work and finding a good daycare/nanny

Hey everyone! So I'm thinking of going back to work part-time (just something like 8am to 1pm or whatever) and was wondering if anyone had any insider tips on a great day-care or nanny they know of. Being a first time mom and a dedicated SAHM, this selection is going to be a hard and PICKY one! I'm not looking forward to leaving the babes with anyone and that has never been an option - but with the "wonderful" economy the way it is..........you understand. So whatever help you can give me, would be AMAZING!!!!!! Thanks!! :) ~Shi
