even the Republican commentator had to agree that Obama did a better job.
What was McCain with that patronizing attitude try to achieve. I start believing that letter going around describing McCain in a vacation in Fiji as an arrogance and inconsiderate man!
Well, heres the deal with debates. They always avoid the question by sticking to some thing else. Have you noticed that. Besides acting like baboons bashing on eachother I was very suprised by how Obama didn't bash as much as McCain. Usually I don't watch the debates because of that reason. Bashing and acting like baboons trying to fight for territory. However, I made it through about 1/2 before I just got fed up with all the missed questions. What ever happened to a straight answer? Guess not to many pres cand know about that.
I'm on both sides of the line right now. I'm NOT a dem or a rep. I've never cared to much for either one. I'm not a lib either, nor do I consider myself to be an indep. I agree with some things on all sides. But then I don't agree with other things either.
Neither has convinced me of a better future. I agree that we do need to do something about the budget and we need to focus on the healthcare (even though as of right now it doesn't apply to me, it does to many others though and thats all that matters). We need to focus on the 'war' in Iraq and on the global warming issues that we now face. But more inportantly we need to focus on the future of whats to come.
I'm not a big person on politics. I don't know why I joined this group. I think that its because now that I have two little ones I need to be into things like this. More or less I have just been living day by day. I have noticed over the years of my research into politics that most presidents while in office build for the next president to take over what they start. So in my oppinion I think that right now we should focus on not only who is the better cand to represent us as a whole but more or less who is the more organized to set us up for the future for our next pres. Who can shine light on taking care of things and getting us started on what needs to be fixed.
I never did like Bush. I feel as though that he sucked as a president. I have to agree that he stood up and did a great job on 9/11, however, I have to disagree with his actions there after. What the heck was he thinking about going over to Iraq and blowing up a country only to spend more money in fixing it after we have destroyed it? Now, I don't oppose war. What I do oppose is blowing up a country and fixing it to run like ours when in fact we are drowning in debts that our young children will have to fix because of our generations stupidity. Not only is that not fair to our children but it is also not fair to our elderly, they are the ones that are taking a hit at this moment in time.
Every action has a line of effects. We learned that in grade school. Why do we have to leave the effects of our poor judgment to our children for fixing? I am thankfull for all of the men and women that protect us and what we stand for. I am however saddened that times have come to this.
So how about those pres cand answer the questions asked and put aside differences to work to a suitable solution to the troubles that we now face. They need to stop acting like baboons and just get straight to the point. I'm not concerned with their records because face it people wheather we want to admit it or not we have all changed our perspective at one point in time. It's human nature to want to protect and yet look at other sides also. It's how we are programed.
