crock pot meals
This is one of my favorite- and easiest meals

Put 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves into crock pot.
Add enough salsa to cover chicken.
Cook on low for about 4-6 hours.
As the chicken cooks it breaks up easily into bite size pieces.
Serve over rice or in soft taco shells.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

You can also use smaller chicken pieces or cook on high if you are short on time. Just be sure the chicken is fully cooked.
