Hi Nanci! I'm not quite sure how far Blakeslee is from Palmerton but I have a group in Palmerton, Lehighton, Danielsville area. Our site is www.circleoffriends08.com

Hi, your about 40 mins from me but that's why a weekend would work. My daughter goes to school ft, 5dys a wk. I will view your site. Does your little girl have any disabilities? We look forward to meeting you and your family

my daughter has a speech delay. she gets speech therapy once a week. We've really come so far over the 6 months we've been doing it already

That's great. My daughter had/still has speech for 3yrs. she's doing a lot better from when she first started but still needs quite a bit to go. She will get there. She's doing fine.

Do you mind if I ask what all is wrong with your daughter? We still have an issue with her comprehension, she really wasn't understanding much at all when we first had her evaluated but she is getting so much better.. she for the 1st time this week looked through her book and when I asked her where Pablo and Uniqua were she pointed to them

She has dev. apraxia meaning she wants to talk but her brain doesnn't let her talk clearly. She talks all the time. Of course we understand but others don't unless you listen close. She is doing really well. She was born at 5mths due to her being so premature her nervous system took a long time to dev. her speicalist say this is the reason she shows autisic traits but she's not autisc yet the autism group say she is so she's gettig help. Right now she's in a autisc support class to help her with self help needs. She does it but not well enough to be left alone. She is coming along so well. Thanks for asking
