I just got my hands on a pamphlet called "In The Know Moms-The Busy Mom's Guide to Local Resources in Calhoun County & Surrounding Areas" and there is some info I'd like to share.

I haven't looked at the site yet myself but the pamphlet has: places to go/things to do, where kids eat free or discounted, story times, kid's boutiques, play groups, mom's day out, preschools, home-based sales, and other business listings. I hope it is all listed on the site since I don't have space to type it all here. If it doesn't, let me know and I will scan this pamphlet and email it to you.
There is also a booklet out called "The Family Friendly Directory" the only info I found for getting one is to contact Amanda Scott (owner) at FFDirectory@hotmail.com
