how would i begin a business like this?

i love scrapbooking and other crafts. i want to start a home-based business where i create scrapbooks for people. my services would be full books, single pages, or layouts. any ideas on how i can start? honestly i have no money for ads but i do have plenty of materials to start. Thank you!
