New in the area

Hi! I recently relocated from the OBX, NC to Portsmouth, VA. My family lives here so this is a place that I am familiar with but, all of my connections and mostly all of my friends are in North Carolina. My son is 5 and he is readjusting to our move and he left his Montessori Preschool to start public school for Kindergarten at Hodges Manor Elementary. This has been an adjustment for us and we are looking for a decent play mate who will share and use manors while doing so. We live mostly around retired adults and there are no children even on our street, with the exception of my son. We look forward to meeting new people and enjoying the city life!
