Halloween
Since posts have been slower lately, I will assume that no news means good news and try a lighter subject.

I was just wondering what all these great kids are doing for Halloween.

I asked my son, Paulie what he wanted to be, about a month ago, and he told me (clear as day, YAY!) that he wanted to be a bumblebee. I am not sure WHERE he got that from. You can imagine how hard it was looking for a 3T BOY bumblebee costume but, I finally got it on Amazon.

Since Paulie is gonna be a bumblebee, I thought my Amy could be a flower.

I can't wait till we get the costumes.

Anyone else have any costume ideas or other fun traditions?

Hi. Josh is going to be Buzz Lightyear this year. I got his outfit in the Disney Store sale last year and guess what.... he no longer cares for Toy Story!! Well, he might just start liking it again when I get his costume out :-). Holly will only be 3 months, so we'll wait til next year for her.

Jake is going to be Buzz Lightyear again this year too! I got his costume from ebay last year, which was brand new and came from the Disney Store.. it's a nice one and I paid way more than I ever have for costumes! So it is getting double timed, 2 Halloweens in a row!

My daughter was Jessie from Toy Story 2, which I got from the Disney Store last year, and didn't get a great sale on it either. I don't know if she will wear that or a princess costume that is in her dress up trunk.

Thank goodness both of my kids are fairly easy going right now... I know when they get older, they will be way pickier! hahaha

And yes, no news is Great news! Jake is talking up a storm lately! I love that fish oil (and my hard work helps). :o)

my daughter wants to be a diva for halloween. Found one in a magazine we got in the mail and it was on clearance for $14.88.. she is 8 yrs old. then, my son I think is going to be curious george! He loves him and kind of even looks like him, yes my son looks like a monkey, but a cute one! We have a bday costume party to go to on the 25th, so we are wearing the costumes then. Then, we go to my sisters neighborhood because it is a gated neighborhood and not much traffic. And when done we go eat pizza at my sisters house. Her kids are too old so they just hand out candy. We also, go to the great grandparents house before and trick or treat them, they like to see the kids all dressed up. And then MY MOM, dresses up like a witch every year and hands out candy at her house. My daughter was always so scared of the witch that we told her after halloween the witch goes to mexico!! Though, now she is old enough that she knows it is grandma.. My son, this year will probably get freaked out about her dressed up like that. Last year he was to young to know any better. After all our trick or treating and eating at my sisters, we come home and my daughter sits outside and hands out candy to any others kids that are out at that time. Not, many cause it is too late.. But, I love halloween, my house and front yard is all decorated already.. So, is grandma's! She does more than I do, but my husband grips that I do too much!!! Oh, well. Have a great halloween. Oh, also me and my husband on the 18th are going to a murder mystery party. got all the info in the mail today and our characters. Just need to get our costumes.. sounds like fun.Grandma are keeping the kids that night, so we can stay the night since we will be drinking also and out late! Wish us luck and yall have fun also....
