| I would like to know if there are any plans made to get this playgroup together, I live in Pittsgrove, not far from Bridgeton at all, but around here 10 miles is nothing. I have four in school, but my 8-1/2 month old daughter and me were looking for a playgroup. What's anybody up for? |

| Hi Kathy, I have 18 month old twins, I am up to meeting for the playgroup but no one else has seemed interested. I live in Upper Deerfield. I see you have a 5 year old daughter. I am starting a Daisy Girl Scout troop and wondered if you and your daughter would be interested in joining our troop? You can let me know about both. Thanks! Michelle |

Hi Michelle,
Ironically, I have signed my 5 year old up for Daisy's through Elmer. But there are 3 leaders and one of them will be in Pittsgrove. That's funny. What did you have in mind about the mommy and me thing? I know my daughter is much younger than you baby, but being a stay at home mom is very hard. Everybody thinks it's a cinch. Not! I talk to kids all day. My husband works a lot of overtime, makes me feel like a single mom sometimes. What I wanted to see was a get together with moms and kids during the day, maybe an occasional entire family event, and maybe (much needed for me) a mommy's night without kids that is out. I would really like to get together with you and the other girls if you and they are interested. From reading the messages it sounds like there is interest. What do you think?? What do you envision? What are you looking for? Thanks for the reply.

Hi Again Michelle,
I didn't know if it was clear on my profile. I have twins that are now 11. They were for me at least, very challenging and at the same very lovable. How are you handling it? On my last reply I forgot to mention it though I meant to. But really, let's try and plan something. Sorry about the Daisy thing, my daughter, when we signed up knew 3 girls there, so I am going to keep her there. But I admire you starting a Daisy group in the first place. I do a lot of volunteering, when my schedule will allow. Hope to hear from you soon.

| Hi Kathy, thats ok about the Daisy group...I understand! Just thought I would ask, but if you ever think of switching, let me know. I was a Brownie growing up and I wanted my daughters to do the same, but there were no Daisy leaders in my neck of the woods, so I decided to begin my own troop. How does she like being a Daisy? I didnt realize you have 11 year old twins. Well they are definately in the terrible twos early on, but they are as good as can be. Can't imagine my life without them! It definately can be challenging at times. Ironically, I am President of a multiples club thru the NOWOTC, so if you are interested in joining, our next meeting is this Thursday night. Let me know and I will give you more info. I work less than part time doing medical billing, it does me good to get out of the house a few times a week but am always up for a girls night out! Hi
I am intrested in getting a playgroup tog. I didn't get much response when I did a poll to see what day work best. Then with my daughter starting prek i got busy. Things are now slowing down and are intrested in starting in a playgroup. I am free any day of week. What day would work for everyone? I live in quinton my daughter will be at school so it will be me and my son who is 11 months. We could do the bridgeton zoo if anyone is intrested. |

| i am a stay at home mom, although i am in school full time on mon, weds, and fri. it would be nice to get to meet new people for both me and my 8 month old daughter. the last person i chatted with was nice but had a grudge against the phone. i gave up on this website for awhile. like i said i would like to meet some new people, however i would like to make sure i am talking with the same person i am typing. if you are interested let me know. |
