Potty Training Tips?

My daughter is about 21 months, and I think that she's soon ready to begin potty training. Does anyone have any good tips for how to start?

My tip for you would be not to force it on her. She will let you know when she is ready. My daughter will be 3yr old in January and she has been potty trained now for about two or three months and I didn't do anything, but follow her lead. One day she just came to me and told me that she had to go pee pee and from then on she has been doing great. So unless she is telling you she is ready I wouldn't push it.

How verbal and mobile is she? My daughter is 2-1/2, and she talks quite a lot, but has shown no interest in potty training. I'm going to get her interested one way or the other, we have another baby due in around christmas, and I do not want 3 in diapers!
