A good Book to help Train up your Child
hi;
I am a sahm who was saved one year ago on Memorial Day. I have now been getting up one-half hour earlier than my boys to do my devotions and it is slowly paying off.
I have a medic husband who is the 2nd in command and works 24hr shifts to keep me at home.
My 3 boys are ages 7-11yrs and have tested my patience daily.
I have a 11yr old who was tested positive for ADHD , a 9yr old with Anger issues and Asthma and a 7yr old who likes to push buttons.
I just recieved this book by the author Ginger Plowman ("Don;t make me count to three) that gives Biblical instruction on how God wants us to train our children.
I have read some of the situations that you are in with your children and have come to the conclusion that we are raising "little sinners" that need a Savior.
This book gives me a guide to how to teach and train my boys without yelling, threatening and taking everything away from them to get them to mind.
It really works..give it a try..
The website that she was interviewed on was oneplace.com and David Rainey (look in the archives under Ginger Plowman).
If you have this book..what are you learning and what are you doing differently than before?
