This is the first time I have been on the internet in weeks, so I missed a couple of weigh ins. I am still the same (215). I haven't been working on it. |

Hi Sharon, Welcome back! What can I do to help? Does it seem to be more diet (around kids LOL) or exercize? What program are you using? I would be happy to share someof the things that have help for me! I myself wil not be focusing on weigh ins for a while... My husband and I just found out that I'm pregnant! LOL So my scales will be going the other way! But I would love to be ther eto help cheer you on! I forgot to post for last week, but I will be posting every Wed. (I Hope) Salina |

Congrats on being pregnant. To answer your questions, I haven't really tried much of anything. What I need to do is find time to exercise everyday and to not snack as much. I have the problem of snacking all of the time. How have you lost weight in the passed. |

I did Weight Watchers at home. I couldn't afford the meetings.. but the program worked great for me. The last time I used it I lost about 50lbs over a 4 months time. The other thing that I recommend... Richard Simmons!!!! He's kind a cooky, but he's so infectious that you can't help but have fun dancing with him. I got the girls that I use to Nanny for doing it with me. They would giggle and have fun. They thought he was silly, but FUN! You can usually find his videos at Goodwill for $1 or $2. |
