Depends on what you do. Some people spend a lot, others do it for free or near free. I'm in the near free category myself. We buy a few things like zoo and museum memberships, maybe a few more educational toys and occasional book (although I get most of our books through Paperbackswap.com), and when the kids are older, I might even spend about $60-$80 on "real" curriculum materials, but that's about it. |

That does really depend on you and what you are wanting to use. I am also in the near free category, too. Check out my website to see what you can get for free at http://www.educationalfreebiequeen.info . Also, check out your library. It's a great resource for me. Used bookstores is a good place to check as well. Some times, I even find things to use in thrift stores and garage sales. The key is to start looking and researching if you are wanting to save money on the materials you use. |

Like everyone here has said already it really depends on how you want to go about doing it and what you want to get for homeschooling. |
