Hello everyone!

I'm a married, working mom of a 7 month old baby girl. I'm finding that being a mom & working full time is very challenging!

Hi Erin. I completely agree with you. I have 3 boys and it is very tough not only to leave them but to come home to complete mayhem all the time. I do find though that I am a better mom when I come home because I am so happy to see them and they are happy to see me so that helps as well this way when they are fighting or not listening to me I can tell them to stop in a nice way rather than yelling all the time.

It does make it all worth it when I walk in the door and she gives me the biggest smile and squeals with excitement.
