Hello, I am a new mom to a beautiful 6 month old named Breannah and I just wanted to know if anyone has tried the methods of helping their baby sleep better at night and might be able to help me. I know that she is better and I would feel better if both us slept better but she wakes up 2 times and just this week needed to be fed both times in order to go back to sleep rather than last week just once (the other time I rocked her and gave her the pacifier and she drifted right back to sleep) I have read that she is able to sleep through the night now and even my ped said so because she is past 6 months and 16 pounds now and that she is just waking up by habit but I am so new to this and feel clueless with this. I feel like we need to lean on each other as Christian women and be there for each other. I appreciate any advice... |

Hi Angie, I'm a new mom myself and I can relate with you, my little girl is 9 months now and I'm still having that sleep issue, she has never slept through a night yet, I'm still waiting and believe you me I've tried. she's a breastfed baby. she's lactose intolerance as I noticed, so it's kind of rough, I heard that they can sleep through the night but they need to be ful in order for that to happen, but mine refuse to eat solid, it's a learning process for us, do your best, keep the faith soon we would get our nights back. |
