I have done a fair amount of research and wanted to pick everyone's brains, Have you found things that can cause a flair up? Do you know of anything that has helped?
I for one found that diet sodas or fake sugar seem to make my stiffness and general discomfort worse. Drinking water helps... but it only depends on the day. Aromatherapy and meditation (just calms me down) helps, but LOL I'm a mom of a toddler. Now that she is on a pretty regular sleep pattern, I put the little one to bed.. light a candle or incense... attempt to find the most comfortable position.. close my eyes and breath.
