Hi! I am a new mom to twin boys, 3 months almost, and would love to be able to chat with other moms of twins.

Hi Shelly. I have twin boys too, who are 3 years old. How is it going? Do you have help? Everyone always told me it gets easier - and it does. Actually in some ways it's easier at 3 months because they don't walk yet! I couldn't wait for them to walk(they didn't walk until about 14 months) but once they walk, that's a whole new set of issues. Do they sleep through the night? My boys started sleeping through at about 4 months. Once that happens it is such a world of difference!
People also always told me to nap when they nap, but I rarely did because I always just did things around the house, cleaning, laundry....I should have napped more.

Yeah, my boys sleep through the night. What a blessing! Like you, I never napped when they napped- I had too much to do! It's so nice to get a full nights sleep. I am a different person now!
They are pretty good boys, and I am trying to enjoy this immobile time. I go to a twin group here in Vancouver and I see the moms whose twins can run around and get into everything and I can see what I'm in for!
When did you find out you were having twins? And how was your pregnancy/birth? |

| Hi..I am a mom of twin 10 month old boys...today actually they are 10 months. They are not walking yet but definitely so mobile that I think that any day now they will just go...They are crawling very fast and propping themselves on anything remotely sturdy...I rememeber the 3 month old period. Congratualtions. What a blessing. I love my boys..Chase and Cameron..they are my joy. Chase sleeps but Cameron still to this day wakes up middle of the night..people say teething..i mean could be but who knows..it's okay though. I love them no matter what. Congrats again..what are there names? |

| I found out pretty early on I was having twins. The pregnancy was a little scary because I had to go to the hospital a few times due to contractions I was getting, as early as 22 weeks. And I was just so uncomfortable and miserable at the end, being that I was pretty huge and it was very hot (they were born in July). I think I surprised the docs by lasting to 37 1/2 weeks. What about you? |

My boys names are Logan & Jack. And I made it to 37 weeks. I began contracting and the doctor felt that it was fine to go ahead with our planned c-section. (Jack was breech)
Everything about their birth went really smooth and they were both able to come home with us after just three days in the hospital.
