lopsided
I've found that one boob is now bigger than the other and that the bigger one fills up better. I've tried to feed a little bit more on the smaller side but my son seems to not get much if I feed double on the small side. I'm not sure what to do...should I just keep trying to feed him on that side and if he's still hungry switch to the other side?

I have the same issue with my right side being larger & more full than my left side. You should definitely keep using both sides while nursing. I don't think it makes a difference whether your breasts are equal in size for the milk production to be sufficient. Women with smaller breasts can have just as much milk as women with larger breasts. If my son eats on the larger side first and doesn't take much from the smaller side during a feeding, I will pump the smaller side to keep the milk production equal. And times when I pump both sides, the amount of milk I produce is usually almost the same. It's been 3 months since my son was born & I think the two sides are starting to look more similar in size. As long as your son is getting enough to eat, size doesn't matter so much. Hope this helped :)

It's pretty common to have lopsided breasts while feeding (and for every other woman on earth!). I would continue to switch at every feeding and not worry about trying to balance them out.

Start on left and finish it and then offer right. At the next feeding start with right and finish it and then offer left.

Good luck and enjoy the fall season when jackets and cartigans make lopsided breasts less obvious!

You can also use the Mother's Milk tea to boost your production to help him be more interested in the smaller side. Natural food stores also have herbal supplement drops you can add to your water/juice that do the same thing. Whenever I went lopsided I always tried to even it out, but that's me.

You don't need to worry, I have now been breastfeeding my daughter for 17 months, and she is just starting to cut back on the amount she eats, but when she was on full time, I was horribly lopsided, like a double D on the right and a little c on the right, but i've evened out now. I had the most success evening out while she was feeding alot when I made her eat on the smaller side as often as possible, once she drained that side I'd let her go to the big side.
