First off let me welcome you Salina. I am very pleased that you chose our group. How much weight are you trying to lose, and what kins of ideas have you tried? I have lost a little over 20 pounds since december and I have gone from a size 12 to a 6. I am not an expert, but I will share with you everything I have done and have been doing and what I am about to start to give you some ideas. I would lov eto loose 50lbs, but I am focusing on 20 for now. I am doing Weight Watchers at home. So far I have lost 2 lbs. :) I just know that I need alot of support and since I am the only adult here most of the day surrounded with goldfish and cheerios... I tend to snack along with my little one. Thanks for your responce. :)
hi im katey!!! im trying to lose weight too!! my doctor gave me this 3 day diet! its for people who need to lose alot of weight!! you eat these certian foods that help burn more due to a natural chemical reaction with the foods!! you only do it for 3 days then your off for 4 days then back on!! the first week i did it i lost 8 pounds!!its not one of those crazy diets that dosent work!! you still need to do basic excersise!! i walk with my son for at least 30 min a day!!!if you wanna try it let me know!! good luck!!!
