Throughout our days we are constantly doing, doing, doing. Most of the time we are "doing" with negative feelings in our hearts, if we are having any feeling at all. Ever noticed coincidences in the result of your work when you are in one of those moods? It is like a domino effect...one disaster after another. Try to change those moody feelings to positive ones, and watch the effect that it carries on to your family or clients. For example, instead of feeling guilt, anger, or resentment, focus on bringing feelings of responsibility, gratitude, and love to your work and caretaking.
