Taking Stock
Every one of us has a purpose in life. If you are feeling like you are on the wrong path, then you are, or you may need to tweek what you are already doing now...Whatever you are doing with your life in this moment, wether it is taking care of your home, family, career, building your dream business, or writing a book. It is all about the energy that you bring to the moment, if you are enjoying what you do, great, good for you! This energy can heal the world around you! If you cannot find that joy and love for what you do, then find something else to do. We have got to be conscious about the energy that we bring to our duties. Determining what you love may take some work, on ourselves. Because, if you are like me, somewhere along our paths we forgot to pay attention to our soul's calling. Take a moment today and every day for the next month to think about what you have to offer the world. Start to list (here or in your journal) the positive qualities that you could use (or are using)to make the world a brighter place. Start small, with one thing per day if you have a hard time. Taking stock will help you to build confidence in yourself and in your relationships.

I have recently found that my heart and soul is begging me to take stock in my life, that stock is what set my divorce in motion. I found that I could no longer stand for the infidelity, lack of respect or emotional connection that I so desperately needed and DESEARVE. As part of this process I have found that I do not receive what I need from others because I do not expect that from myself. I know that I am strong, independant, caring, intellegent and well rounded, I also know that I care much more for others than for myself and that is where I am looking to change. It is very odd that one of my greatest fears was always to be left alone but now I am finding that I am enjoying (and in some cases rearranging my schedule) to allow for alone time for myself. I am very greatful to Jennifer for taking the time to start this group, it is comforting and very informative.
