I am hoping that posting my weight each week will help me lose weight. My ideal goal weight is 150 (college and before marriage/kids weight). Today I am 215. I would like to be under 200 by my anniversary at the end of October. Fifteen pounds in 2 months is possible right?

It's worth a shot Sharon! I have faith that you can do it. Even if you just get close... You'll be healthier and maybe even stronger!
