| I have a friend who is has a toddler also and she needs to meet some other moms with toddlers too. Is there already a playgroup for toddlers? If not, I would love to get together with other moms for a playgroup. There really are not that many nice places for toddlers to play, but, maybe at Oakland Terrace at the toddler area. I would be interested in meeting maybe around 2:30pm any day during the week or maybe Friday's afternoons around 3 or 4. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is anyone interested? |

I have been trying to get a playgroup together for a while now and no one seems to interested. As soon as I find someone who is interested, they never contact me back.
My 2 year old son and I love to go to Oakland Terrace. We had his 2nd bday party there and had a great time. I would really be interested if anyone else is.
We are available at any time, on any day. Just let us know.

| I just recently found this site and joined right away when I saw that there may be local groups to meet up with. (Please don't judge me by my profile--I wrote essays, practically!) I, too, have a toddler-age kiddo who is approaching that 2-year mark and I would love to meet other area moms and their similarly-aged little ones. Definitely agree that this area does not have much to offer in the way of toddler-friendly activities but I am hopeful that the approaching fall season will bring us some pleasant breezes so we won't have to all retreat to indoor alternatives!!! I also am open to any suggestions, and if I have not scared any mommy off with my rambling I'd be more than happy to meet up any place you like. Can you tell my little man is asleep and I am dying for adult conversation?? |

I know that feeling all too well. I hate being stuck in the house all day with no adult to talk to. Everyone I know is at work and can't talk on the phone.
But anyway, I would love to get a playgroup together. I have been trying for a year or so now. I am also open to suggestions. I mean, heck, we can go to a park or even chickfila. Joshua loves the playground they have there.
Just let me know and I will be there. Any day and any time is good for us. |

Hey ladies sorry I have been out of the loop for a while. I would love to do playdates. I am out of town but will be returning around the 28th of October. I have three girls. A newly turned 2yr old and twins 14mon. I will post when I return. If not playdates have started maybe we can get the ball rolling? Chat soon.
