Car seat buckle help needed!

Hello everyone. I am new to this site and group. Does anyone know how to keep your toddler buckled in the car seat? My 24mos old has been unbuckling the chest harness for the past month and I am losing my mind when I'm driving. Any suggestions? He unbuckles then takes his arms out and is still trying to figure out the waist buckle.

Mine does that, but then he stops when I say not tooo. But, when I get gas he ends up in the front seat, I have learned to take the keys out so, he won't start the truck or turn it in revearse. he is a little toot.. but, I understand.. he finally stopped after a month and now understands not to. he is also 2 1/2 yrs old... It made me mad and frustrated also.. but, he got over it. Grandma helped with someone reinforceing it also....
