I have worked with Lutheran Social Services. They belong to the JCICS and have been facilitating adoptions for over 130 years. They are an agency that will be with you from Homestudy to the end when you come home, either international adoptin or domestic. The Vietnam program is in a state of flux because of the U.S new policys on the paperwork but it will straighten out soon.
